Kodak really wants to sell its patents, but interested companies aren't making the process easy.
Rather than bid against each other, Google, Apple, Samsung, and others have been working together to buy Kodak's portfolio of 1,100 patents, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Also joining the corporate Justice League are Intellectual Ventures, a company known for scooping up patents and subsequently suing companies for patent infringement, and patent company RPX Corp.
