Book Review: The Money $aving Mom Budget

While there are many books out there on finances and saving money, The Money $aving Mom’s Budget is different.  Why?  Because it’s the real thing.  The book is written by Crystal Paine, a mother of three, who has been low on finances before and has crazy days just like the rest of us.  Crystal and her husband actually paid for their house in cash with no debt.  Because she lives out what she says, it makes this book even more of a treasure!

In each chapter Crystal gives practical, easy-to-do advice.  For example, in chapter one she talks about setting big goals and breaking them down into bite size pieces.  Her creativity to save money is refreshing and inspiring.

Crystal offers ideas on couponing, rewards programs, things to do around the house to save money, and more.  I found the book very helpful, especially chapter seven where she shares 25…
